I do not know why but I feel that this season your game is completely destroyed. I am always looking for a logic to this defeat.

Desert Rats FC had mixed fortunes today, producing a very good League win over a long-term friend and adversary; and then a very poor showing in the Cup, only really starting to play when 0-3 down and losing on aggregate, by then too late to do anything about it.



In contrast, Nouvion FC continue to sweep all before them, left-winger David Dorizon leading the way with his fourth hat-trick in four days.

After two defeats in the CL, the Nebuchadnezzar finally have their first victory and are confident of making it to the knockout stages.
This is what the group currently looks like now:



I just noticed that only the club on top has scored as much as I have. We needed better defending (to maintain the goals we score) so we got a new goalie and another DC. Let's see how it goes.

I also think the engine has been tweaked this season...but CL has always been uncertain in group stages, the weaker and abandoned teams play like they are avoiding relegation.

Yes CL group stage a lot tougher now. Been leak goals like never before, against much lower opponents. Wierd TE19

End of the 1st Week of the season, and Desert Rats FC are having mixed results. Second in the League, Second in their Champions League Group, and dumped out of the Cup even earlier than last season...

Today they had to grind out the results, the first to a slightly higher Quality and +1 Level Champions League opponent; in the League the 11th placed -29%Q opponent gave them a good run for their money.

Nouvion FC have started the season on a flyer, and have a 100% record at the end of the 1st Week.

Today they had a League match against one of their top of the table rivals, and the match went to plan except for the straight red card issued to midfielder Chris Wright. The evening Champions League match was all one-way traffic.
