I'll try tonight to give some cash to the players (1st leg semi-finals of CL, game away) and see what it happens.
I hope they all eat the grass and win the game.

It does what it says.
Your players get a bonus if they win, this giving them more motivation to win.

26-0-0 league (4) - Levels 3, 4, 7 & 8
Undefeated in league (11) - Levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14

Champions League Winners (10) - Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14

But this is a computer game, not persons! It has to do something to give an extra for your team. Some type of value of your players, maybe stamina or moral, i don´t know, has to increase.

Ok, motivation. I dont see that as a skill I can increase or add green/red/blue packs for.called motivation

No... it's just as simple as that. Your players will play better with this win bonus.

What do you mean by that? Players notes? For example, if i don´t give bonus my striker will have 6, but if i do he will have more? That´s it?
I have not noticed an improvement after I turned them all off to ZERO. I have also not noticed a decline. I played 4 seasons with it on 100%, or to the point where I would not lose money from each game, which is almost 100%. I turned it off this season and lo and behold, NOTHING changed. I am still winning almost every game like the past 4 seasons.
I wouldnt mind if someone had some data on this thing...
