Assistant Transfer Tab Keeps Generating the Same Position

Several times per season the "Assistant" tab in the Transfer section generates 3 players to acquire and says that the "Sponsors are paying the full cash price" so all you have to do is pay the tokens to get the players.

For the past two (maybe even three?) seasons, this tab has been generating the same position every time this comes up (ML).

I've noticed this because I bought a player from this offer the first two times it came up, and it made ML one of my strongest positions on my team depth-wise (because both my starter and backup are two of my best players). So it's especially disappointing every time this comes up and it's yet another ML that I don't want or need.

I'm not sure what the algorithm is to determine what position to offer, but it seems like a bug because it just keeps offering the same position over and over and over. Maybe it is supposed to offer an upgrade to the player's WORST position but is instead offering based on the BEST position? When I sort my entire lineup by "QLTY", my two ML players are among the top 4 that show up.

I have noticed the last few times I was only offered GK. I bought one and had a reserve GK already even though I prefer not to yet the last 2 offers were still GK.

Same with me, I've had GK for the last 5 recommendations. Nordeus support told me to be patient and it will change!

As of today, I'm up to six GK recommendations in a row. I wouldn't mind if my GK was bad, but he's nowhere near the weakest player in my team. :(

I got GK recommended again yesterday. 5 times in a row for me now.

me too lol. however not gonna buy scouts or recommends anymore. found a much better way. won the treble last season and odds on will win the quadruple this season with the super cup. my strategy is working wonders and guess what ? i'm not sharing on here :cool:

For those who are saying that nordeus is greed and promotes for token buyers - lol

Weird isn't it ?
They could easily earn 150 tokens, 5+ $ from managers who could afford paying this every month, to grab a couple of super players.

That is exactly the point I made when I contacted Nordeus support... the only effect this is having is that I'm not spending tokens on recommended players. Been a cheap season so far!

Seems like there's a bug in the system somewhere, but they're adamant everything is working properly.

My last 6 recommended players have been goalkeepers. Spoke to my friend and he also had 6 goalkeepers in a row. What's up with that?

Yes, seems to be a few people in the same position, myself included... I'm up to 7 GK recommendations now! Hopefully it will reset next season.

Nordeus would have every interest in offering useful players, so we spend tokens.

It's strange why they don't fix this thing; it would be enough to give us the opportunity to request a specific role....

Not always, this may disperse token spenders onto other things like Scouts Players, which is not as good. However, it may force them to upskills these scouts players. Or force the user to buy Special offer from Events, Which all cost 4x 5x more.

So, all in all, it is very much Nordeus interest to not force them to buy elsewhere.

Guys, try to put your weakest player at roster in the starting eleven in the role you need to buy a player before the game announce the new offer and see if it the engine offer you a player in that role.

I finally got something other than a GK, so perhaps it's fixed. This morning I got a MR recommendation... I don't usually play with a MR so still pretty useless, but it's not a GK so that's an improvement!

Yep. I contacted Sausy about this and it does seem to have been addressed.

There are two kinds of recomended.
One is the weekly offer which has sometimes good players.
19-21 y.o. , depending from the quality of your team.

The other one which compares your player with opponent's player
or recommend a younger player than the one you have.
This happening every 2-3 days and can be a good player or useless player or an old player or a player with high q but with crazy tokens.
Your trick can works in the 2nd case but not in the first.
There you still can get GKs all the season.

The daily offers with the single player can be really good imo if you put in an 18 year old with SA. Much better than the recommended, I never buy those.

You can get a 18 y.o. player instead of 19-21 but it's rare .
But the weekly recommended usually have better positions and sa.
I had ST-AM + fk or striker, DMC-MC with playmaker MC-AMC 19 y.o. but also rare .

I put in 3 star 18 yo with SA overnight and I get 18 yo SA daily player almost every day. :) But multi position is rare.

I got different roles recommended but usually are positions i do not play, and if i get position that I play the best one is way too expensive for 79 T. and the 19T is not kinda worth it.

"Remember the opposition will try to target our weakest player"...

Usually the player on your squad that is depicted is a player is on the bench - what are the opposition going to do? Throw the ball at him every time they get close?
