    How to put player on sale? For me it is possible only for cash, not for tokens.

    Train him to 39, 59, 79, 99% and wait for offers. Remember negotiations are only available for managers level 4 and above. So if someone is level 5 and wants to sell a 59% player it doesn't work as he would be 99% for level 3 and they don't have negos unlocked.
