Every match end, skills points will be allocated to all players.
Is it based on their performance or it is random giving to?
Bevcause I noticed that some player will have more points than others

because they are either young player or talented player..so they are fast trainer..every time they earn more skill points than others

friendlies are never good for skill point`s seem to get 4/5 players that`s and my player`s are 20 or under compared to league/cup/champions league games, only good thing about friendlies is gaining packs if playing weaker team

The MOTM usually gets a bonus, but everyone else will go up according to their training speed rather than their performance. Friendlies have a lower value than competitive games for training
