Good idea. Like putting in request to our assistant manager or youth coach for the positions we want. Maybe with filters for quality range, age and position. And the AM can tell us a rough estimate how much it will cost and how long it will take. There should also be a cost to conduct the search or to train a youth. At least this might entice us to spend instead of non stop GK recommendations.
