While your DCM blocks his AMC his does exactly the same.
I'd be tempted to drop a striker and put in another AMC.
Down arrow on the DMC means he drops into the back four when you loose possession leaving his AMC a lot of space to play in, is that what you really want with no MC's of your own to help out.
He will most definitely have red arrows on his ML/MR using them on your own could be suicide if he catches you on the counter.
I think I would go with milder orders if I where you.
IMO. 3-1-3W-2-1 would be better. Gives you more cover and control of the MF.
