Youf, and skill point wastage?

Hello again, another couple of random questions and apologies if they've already been answered. This time I didn't even bother to search the forums.

First question - youth players. I have 2 'Young players available' on the first day of the new season. I don't know how it works. Please, anyone, just give me the basics. I've seen talk of having to bid for them with tokens which seems to defeat the object of having a youth system in the first place, so tell me what I'm going to have to do.

Second - wasted skill point? I'm selling a player, but he's just earned a skill point. I can't assign it because he's on the transfer list. So, a) If I sell him with the point unassigned it just disappears, or b) If I sell him with the point unassigned his new owner gets the point, or c) If I sell him with the point unassigned, I keep the point to assign to another player, or d) I don't sell him and nothing special happens. Or e) none of the above, which would surprise me.

1st, youth player - one will worth tokens that can be anything (tokens) if a player position you need and not to many tokens you could sign if not release, the second will be low and no tokens sign and put on transfer market ( free money )

2nd question, if player has skill point/points while on list no-one gains that but if he`s not sold and he stay`s then player still has skill point/points - this is why i add all skill pre selling

2nd question - Thanks, got it. I also add skill pre-selling, but he got 'gifted' a skill point from a friend after I'd put him on the list, so I wanted to know what could happen.

You'll get 2 youngsters. In order to sign the better one you need to pay tokens, 12,15,18,21 or 24 depends on his value. His quality is usually 4 stars but i have seen players with 3 stars as well. The second one, who's quality is always 2 stars is free to sign (no tokens required) but he's worthless.

P.S. If you get them on the first day of the new season it's even worse because you'll get a couple of 19 years old players and 1 star minus in quality. Please don't ask why, only the Nordeus developers know it.

1st question, you will get youth players, one you need sign with tokens anything from 12 to 24 ? higher token faster they train the second youth you can get for nothing, so defo sign and put on transfer market, free money to build bank up
