I dont know what their server setup is like, I can only guess, but assuming they rent space on several servers in a server farm, they should have options to allow for this. Otherwise, they have several of their own servers placed in a location, but that only makes it easier for them to network them.

Seriously, as a Network Admin, i would love to know their reasons for not allowing friends to view other friends games or trade between servers. I cant find anyone to negotiate with or transfer with on the same server that actually wants to sell.
