probably some old drunk hooligans who dressed up thinking they could try out for your team. Train them until they puke!!!
If you had players who retired at the end of season, the game gives you crap replacements

They are actually from Senior Centre, the building with the fountain next to the U21 academy...They are added because of retired players, and they was the player while they are playing for the team when it was managed by a robot manager...
The senior centre players will only arrive if there is a gap in your team, they will fill your team with players to complete starting 11+7 subs...
