can skill affect the player and the team

1.if we put skill at attack and physical.and then play defensive n vice versa.some my player who more attack than def play badly n not perform very well i mean 4/5 rating.
2.if we watching live n badly wanted to play defensive but suddenly we more possession than opponent who not watch and lost.in 2-3 games i had experiment.play defensive when not watching is greater to win.
any advice..

so u re saying that possession when we play defensive and counter just give bad effect and better dont watch the match?

yeah i experiment 2-3 game before.(is my theory only ).and yesterday final cup i wanted playing defensively n i know he switching 3232 def+counter n me 3322. 3(3dc[3down]) 3(dml dmr dmc[up]) 2(2mc) 2(sst) suddenly 3 unknown lvl 1 support me n i got more possession n playing aggresive, lost lolz. loopholes or bug? or my imagination? lolz
how about player? more attack skill but playing defensive it can affect ur player rating? like my player 5 games in a row he get 5rating if i switch to def. before this he get 7 or 8 if i switch att...
