Why can't I build anything?

I've recently gotten to lvl 4 and right now I have a 7000 seat stadium.. I can't build a better one because it says it's blocked.. And to unlock it I have to upgrade oother things.. Only I can't upgrade other things for the exact same reason.. Help??

screenshot would be nice. if you cannot upgrade anything at all, then a quick email to Nordeus support is in order.

1st what`s you bank balance to build ? you could have built everything outside the stadium building so you will to have to build staduim first before you can build other`s

I have enough money to build things theoreticaly.. And everything is upgraded untill the button is red for some reason. They're not maxed out most facilities are lvl 2/3
