    I guess anyone who fills their squad with scouts or are lucky/patient in transfers.

    All my 28 players in the team have special abilities Though a core squad and the rest of the team have these for different reasons haha

    And none of them are scouts. Guess it is not a rocket science for a player to learn the SA - why are you surprised?
