What do you mean overall balance?
The most important is not to have negative budget. Because after 7 days the game gonna sell in auto one of your best/expensive players so to cover it. So the first thing is to sell 1-2 players of your choice. The other emergency thing is to exchange tokens for money.
But it's not so good action.
