countering 3331

in my coming association match I've got an opponent who is 10% stronger than me. he is at 114% and I'm at 94%. he is playing with 3331 (aml/amc/amr and st).

so I think a draw should be more than enough for me.

what formation should I follow to achieve that? will 4141 or 5131 or 4231 be able to resist him. or any other formation you would like to recommend.

(Mods, posted this in formation and tactics too but saw many unanswered thread there. so probably most of the people doesn't check there. I'll update formation and tactics one and delete this after getting answer.)
