Need advice against full scout team

Hi guys, I am at level 2. I am gonna play against a full scout team (Q33) in the next 3 days. He must have spent like 500T for such a team. His team only has 5 reserves. My team's Q is 24. My main squad is pretty good with a bunch of 5-stars players (Q26-27) with good performance and multi-positions.

His tactics is as follows:
DL--- DC--------- DC---DR
--------------DMC-----------
-------MC ---------MC---MR
AML--------------------------
--------------ST-------------

Any advice against his tactic? My team can play most of the tactics.

In addition, I also intend to buy few more players to compete against him. This is just to enjoy the challenge and I have no intention to invest as much as him. Among the below 3 options, which one do you think is a better one?
1 - Buy a few scouts
2 - Buy a few of Q28-29 players which are close to 6 stars and PT them
3 - Similar to option 2, but buy more players without PT

My budget is 100-200T. I can spend more but it's not worth it. Actually, I don't intend to spend more than 40T for this season but this guy makes me feel excited ;)

pray, that`s what i do when come across scout teams :) and don`t buy scout`s not worth it half the time and not for 50 tokens try looking in transfer market for young higher rated player`s as you can prob get them for less than 50 tokens

Haha thanks bro. I will definitely pray hard. Anw, I intend to stick to my original plan which is only buying players from TM(25-26y.o. 4-5 stars). TM is good past few days. I only need to spend 1-3T for each relatively good player. If the guy don't buy any more reserve, I will wait for him to make mistake since everyday he needs 2 play matches consecutively. I will also put the hope in counter formation against him.

If you can get 4/5* young players you will find they train faster than 25/26 yr olds

my suggestion is to play defensive using counter attack
4-2(DMC)-3W-1 might work

Yeh change 25/26 to 18/21, even if they are slightly less quality as they will train faster and last longer. As for tactics against that team. At home go 3-5-2 wide defense with 2 dmc, wide mids and 2 upfront and away go 4-5-1 flat. hard tackling, long ball, counter attack.

It's better if you play, 3W-2(dmc)-3W-2st

Thank you guys. Will consider to get more young players. For tactics, I think I will play 3W-2DMC-3W-2ST (long ball, counter attack) as some of you advised.
