I only need to spend 1-3T for each relatively good player. If the guy don't buy any more reserve, I will wait for him to make mistake since everyday he needs 2 play matches consecutively. I will also put the hope in counter formation against him.

If you can get 4/5* young players you will find they train faster than 25/26 yr olds

Yeh change 25/26 to 18/21, even if they are slightly less quality as they will train faster and last longer. As for tactics against that team. At home go 3-5-2 wide defense with 2 dmc, wide mids and 2 upfront and away go 4-5-1 flat. hard tackling, long ball, counter attack.
