not exactly.
Those teams have mutants and manipulate quality of their teams so they usually play vs weak teams or little higher.
The no1 of my Giants list is a 4*-5* teams group with mutants.
Only in an event like this they will face 6*-7* teams like PSG or REAL but those are bot teams so they can win a lot of games.
