Can you still join a FA as a new team on level 1 in a FA??

yes, if a friend invites you

Can you still do that from the web version? or do you need an android or IOS for that?

I don’t think you can request to join one on level one but you can definitely accept the request on level 1

Just tried it to ad my friend in my FA.... (who is level 1) but not possible..

Just have to wait until he makes it to level 4
