    So I heard that Youth Academy has a new feature

    Is it good?

    I might try returning if it is lel

    As all we get is a countdown marker to the start of the Academy 'season', we can't say.
    Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...

    See what talisman posted as reply to you, and also it seems that the final products will come out after 1 season, and if so, no user can give you a proper feedback till at least 2 more seasons from now because the players first have to be recruited, then developed, then signed the next season, then tested for one season at least.
