We've made lots of suggestions on academy improvements over the years. I suspect it will be something fairly simple, maybe the option to select 3 or more youth players when they're ready, for different amounts of tokens. Like we had when we got players for the National teams. My preference would be a system where we were able to select which positions were trained at the start of each youth cycle. Would require some planning but at least you'd get players in the positions you needed.
I would really like the idea of managing a youth team like we had with the national teams. I wouldn’t mind training an extra team and playing a game everyday, I don’t think I’d bother to win a trophy in the youth team anyway, purpose is to train young players.
I just hope that youth team shall not cost us a lot of tokens (more than 10-15), if does than I can forget about that.

I think Dec 4 will be when the “T11 day” begins.
Plus, looks from the description of the update like the only major (hopefully) thing is the youth academy. The rest says new ground animations, music, images etc.

So far, for the Android platform, since the new day started, I did not see any significant change other than the visual changes for the ground and the time board which were there since yesterday. No change for youth academy too.
It looks great. Can't wait to play my match later to see it live! Hope it doesn't lag, hang or crash
Yeah, only a couple of visual changes so far. And countdown to 2 new youth players is still there in the assistant menu. Maybe (hopefully) the new academy will come in effect when the new season starts?

Maybe, like was the case for past events, but still someone would expect that the new things would be here after the new day started, and if they were to show up later or much later during the day, then at least there should have been some sort of countdown or notice to inform the users.
