They are like hit and miss; some seem work on some players and the same do not on other players and some others (for example, dribbler) are completely unoticeable (probably useless). In another way to say for the hit and miss thing, you might buy a player with free-kick special ability or corner specialist (or train a player yourself the special ability) and this player will perform well at free-kicks or at taking corners but the player might also be a flop in free-kicks or in taking corners. You can buy a defender with free-kick special ability and he performs well at free-kicks but you can also get a midfielder or attacker with the same special ability turning out to be a flop when it comes to taking free-kicks. There is no guarantee of the so-called advantange. It might also be more like a placebo thing rather than having any real effect other than visual.

No sale here. There is no way I am spending 120+ tokens on an ,for me anyway ,overage player that will last maybe 2 seasons. Seriously these players should be worth no more than maybe 25 tokens. Then again I always reckon the scout players are overpriced for 22 year old players. This is an area Nordeus should do some work on - 18-20 year old player them I would be very tempted to buy 1 each season , but not 49 - 69 tokens for a 22 year old , not for this little duck as they just dont fit my player profile needs.

In my opinion all the special abilities are only cosmetic. Saying that I have trained to almost all my players some special ability though.

Ive never seen for example one to one scorer special ability in action. Have you?

Theres no way that Id spend 200 tokens to a player Who is not 18 years old.

In a fact 34 tokens is a maxium what I have ever spend to a player and I dont have the worst team in a server.

I usually buy my players whom are 18 years old, fast trainer and some where between 60-80%. This way Ill get almost no competition in market because his level is low and he has low grey skills to start with.
