Need some advise

Hi all, i have been playing T11 for a few years, llevel 33 now, and happen to chance upon this forum. Before that i did not know that this forum existed, and thus was experimenting the game all by myself without any help.

I have been looking through the forum, and realised the importance of training young players. Before , i did not bother with training young players, and just purchase players with tokens that i manage to save up.

I have some questions regarding training of young players.

1) how to identify a good young player to train? I was reading the thread on training young player and couldnt quite understand them. Is it based on the market value of the player?

2) by training young player, do u train only those important attributes?

How to identify good young player? the easiest thing, from their price tag and wage, usually higher than normal, but nowdays, many players like like that... so its quiet hard but still, fast enough if you train them properly
