Desert Rats FC start their 51st season at Level 44, having successfully defended their League Championship last term.

Last season was going very well until the third weekend, when a 'win your tokens back' event started and for the day or so that was active, the Management were initially blocked from accessing his team to prepare for the Cup match, and for the other matches, the team simply didn't turn up:

The only three defeats of the season, and all ambitions for the season thwarted. A few dodgy results for the other Championship contenders and a relatively easy run in to the end of the season were the only saving graces in the Rats' title defence.

With only one player in the running, the Desert Rats FC Player of the Season was a formality:

This season, the Rats are operating a reduced budget, so unless the Management get lucky then there will have to be a few canny transactions made in order to improve the squad.

Same Level Champions League; some friends, old foes and interesting looking new ones.

Nouvion Ville FC start their 13th Season at Level 13, having won a treble (of a sorts) last time out. Winning the League Championship and Champions League, they kept up their 100% record in the Super Cup with their second win out of two appearances.

The Golden Boot for the highest scorer was neck-and-neck with three players on equal goals going into the final day of the season; one player managed four goals in the Super Cup final, and one in the League match, this won him the Golden Boot, and taking in account his impressive assists record, also gave him the Player of the Season award:

With a late Associations match, there was little the Management could do at the end of last season concerning player retention/selling, so the existing squad was all retained.

Nouvion have a same-Level Champions League, with a few higher-Quality teams they made their acquaintance with last season appearing in the list.

Solid season. Asso secured Platinum, but had an inconsistent season. Going into the new one with 2 new recruits, so fingers crossed.

Sold off the excess players to maintain a 9 man core this time. Still looking for suitable replacements. Started with 84% overall & now up to 98 after buying a couple of players for about 10 tokens total.

Cup & CL draw has been kind so far. First guy was 39% & the highest rated are in the 70's. No +1 teams.

Hopefully will make the quad again. And retain Platinum.

My level 10 B team won the League & Cup too. Same model. 10 man core, about 10% lower ratings than the A team. In two minds whether to tank it for for a few season or go for a treble. Cup & CL draw has also been very good so far.

Had been using it to fill a spot in our Asso. Have now moved to a Silver Asso. Will hopefully be able to help them move up as well.

All the best to you guys.

I knew the Academy would suck so in advance I randomly scourge for a Midfielder to replace one of my Veterans. I got this guy for 1T since no one gave a damn about him

Had two perfect seasons in a row, winning everything: League, UCL, Cup and Supercup.

Hardest game last season: the UCL final against an opponent 14% better than me, had to play defensively and without a striker, managed to win 2-0 despite opponent being also there, with some friends to support.

In the league I had two players very close to winning the goalscorer award, but unfortunately an opponent striker managed to outclass me, scoring the most goals and having also the most assists in the league season. This is unfortunate as my 22 years old ST which I had for 5 seasons needed the boost from the goalscorer award, but let's hope he manages to get it at the end of this season.

For current season the goals are the league and the cup, the UCL opposition looks approachable, albeit with some tough opponents, but let's see how it goes.

Also waiting forward for the new youth academy, hope it's good.

Good luck to all managers on the forum, except for my opponents, of course!
