So Day 2 of the season, you have 12 Inactive friends of the same level, voila! You get grouped with those friends in the league, easy title!

I had 4 friends in the league once and I can second, they were all good, I came behind one of the other friends who had 73 points and I had 70, I won all the other trophies though that season.

Just have the 13 inactive friends on your server as you said and it would be simple.

The max I 've seen was 6 or 7 teams of the same manager

I befriend like 12-13 +1Lv Friends when I was in Lv2, Conveniently they accepted, then abandoned their team midway :V
