I read that I should put red arrows on all midfielders(except DMC) and attackers and blue on defenders. Should'nt I do that?

You don't want to play with too many arrows as it messes up your playing style. Also only play blue on defenders if your opponent doesn't have a shadow striker. Kinda obvious since it gives them space to shoot and score easier

Red on all flank players and your striker.
