Tried to find answers on this, but with no succsess.

I've noticed that two players with the same skill level and same age may have a huge difference in value. Does a high valuable player develope faster than a cheaper one?

And another question. I want to counter my opponents tactic, but I don't have an AML. Will my ML suck if set him as AML?
