I think I saw this from dv8r the other day somewhere, but is this true that keeping 1* players in your team has no effect on your cup draw at the start of the season?

Cos if not I might aswell flog off all my 1* and 2* players for a bit of extra cash and get my team rating back up...

at this point it definitely doesn't matter. I think that we are not sure yet about the first day of the season because they might be looking at your best 11 or your average Q of the whole team.

Hmm, I didn't really notice anything myself and I can't remember what my team quality was at the time of the draw now. It would just be nice to clear my squad out of all these naff players if they are doing me no good.

Do we know for sure (I mean 100%) if the best 11 players in your squad or the whole 22 players count when the system puts you in a Cup.

I think the only thing we know for sure is that signing additional (to the 22) players doesnt works?

No we have no idea, bro :-( all teams in my cup bracket are level 3&4 with Q within 5 of each other, I'm level 3 with 24.9 Q.

Yes, that's correct. The former CUP winner at my server tried the same thing, but ended up with the wolf pack instead
