Can't Get Top Eleven to run in Firefox

    Hi All,

I can't seem to get Top Eleven to run in Firefox on my laptop PC. I was okay with Top eleven 2019.

I've cleared history and browser catch, and removed all cookies, installed the latest flash player but still no joy,

Any help would be much appreciated

    Regards

    Deca

Maybe, I hate saying it but It could be linked to connection “it never is” but it could be, maybe it won’t load due to low storage.

    Can you provide more details?

What message pops up if you can log into the game and it says you can’t get in for what ever reason. Surely if it a system error, your computer would tell you what’s wrong, Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

That is all I can think of right now.

    If not contact support.

Try contact support, maybe they won’t be able to help but try, Having you tried restarting your browser or computer or rebooting it?

    Hi @deca,

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using some other browser? Does it work there?

And also as Max said please contact our support with all the details and they should be able to investigate.

I got also before many problems, but since I use the webrowser “Opera” it is running good again.

Maybe it is the new update from firefox it self... maybe you download and install an old version of firefox and switch off auto update of firefox?

But would try first Opera that works fine for me.

Hope it works again soon mate
