Maybe a queue of requests to sort out, but I'm sure they aim to try and answer all request tickets within 48 hours.
Nordeus don`t work at weekends and not sure if they have bank holiday`s like we in u,k have so they might be a bit back logged ?

I had opened up a ticket about server down in the middle of night which was about 20 days ago and and asking compensation for it as I lost some important match. However, they blamed it all on my internet and refused to answer further no matter what I say....
