Now I don't have the table with all values, but the best way to obtain that info is by checking the own market and compare, the own market can be used as referance when comparing values and detect faster trainers. Think in it, because every level have different values, and at some point these don't increase enough to use the player value as a referance to find in a quick way the fast trainers...
