[Official] Special Sponsor is back! - Full-Time

Hi Managers! The Special Sponsor is back bringing some new tasks for you to complete. Complete tasks to unlock milestones and unlock amazing rewards. Good luck!

Full rules bellow.

• Unlocking milestones will enable you to claim rewards from Regular and Premium Special Sponsor options.
• Regular option is available for everyone.
• Premium option can be accessed by going to UNLOCK PREMIUM. Once the Premium option is unlocked, you can reach and claim all Premium rewards until the end of the event.
• When Premium option gets unlocked, all milestones which you have already passed will automatically be unlocked and all rewards will become claimable immediately.
• The event can be completed only once.
• New tasks will be available every 2 days. Each task can be completed only once.
• The progress for each task is counted from the moment it becomes active. If you completed the action required by the task before it became active, retroactive progress will not be taken into account.
• Tasks are available until they are fully completed or until the event ends.
• You can check task progress in the Tasks section at any point.
• You can purchase progress to fill up the points progress bar and reach the next milestone. This applies for each milestone separately.
• Once you reach the last milestone of the event, you can utilize additional points.
• Certain rewards are boosts that have specific duration. Make sure to read detailed information about each reward by tapping the ‘i’ button in the right corner of the reward.
• All rewards become active immediately after they are claimed.
• This version of Special Sponsor is available no web browsers as well. However, you can unlock Premium only from a mobile device.

It is really annoying, it hurts my eyes. Also got slower it feels like.

BTT: I like the special sponsor, it's a nice event.

The rewards (even with premium) are still not satisfying. Gives very little amound of packs and tokens, and others like 5% tackling also not good enough. If they improve rewards, it could become a very good event I think.

Am I correct that I get the enormous amount of 30 (!!) points for leveling 10 (!!!) players up a star? Wow!

Yes, it’s 3 rounds... but the rules have a new, interesting item this time:

So, they heard us about the comp being too long but they decided to make the matches shorter, not the whole event. I hope this “shorter matches” don’t screw up the gameplay.

Sure, if you are packed with 260,000 in a stadium for 4 minutes instead of 8, the chance of spreading the virus is much less...

By the way, if you have tough games ahead of you, you can use friendly games for completing “win 5 games in a row” task. I have a 15% stronger oppo in Cup tomorrow, and I didn’t want to risk my current 3-game streak (for the task), so I played friendly matches against lower level teams in my friends list to complete the task.

I played 1 friendly and won but the task is still not completed.

New Special Sponsor task of “Use a personal trainer once on any player” really doesn’t make good sense.

I like this event (though it should not be held too often) but some of the tasks really cannot be cost justified. In particular the new task to use a personal trainer.
The minimum cost to use a personal trainer (18yo, low Q player) is 40 tokens for a measly 4% gain in quality. The cost to buy up to the next level of the sponsor event is 25 tokens. So I am being given the option of spending 40 tokens to gain 4% in quality - when it would cost me far less to train the player manually to get the same 4% increase - to get 80 event points or spend 25 tokens to just buy into the next level - which might be quite a bit more than 80 event points?

I am just pointing out that this particular task in no way makes good financial/team or token management sense.

Anyone already know what's the special achievement reward?

Yes, I don’t think many do, I want to add an SA to my team, yes it might not do much but still it would be nice to get it.

Most of the rest of the tasks require resource usage here, so I am backing out now.

Yes totally agree 23pstar - I am at the stage of the last milestone. Contemplating paying the 25 tokens though to get the 20% faster recovery rate as got lots of young players. Either that or save up 25 greens for a youth coach. Ironically I only have 1 AMC in my whole squad otherwise I could have done that to get there. Could not give a toss about the special achievement award tbh.

Using 25T to skip will be much cost effective. But if you still want to do it then click on a player. There will be an option to use personal trainer.

The lower the quality of your player the less token it will take to use personal trainer.

I was chasing all the tasks as well and I managed to get to 13 level. (This was my initial target)

I also paid for the premium awards , which worth every penny.... till I got to the 13th award!

I was desperately waiting to see the Special Striker that will be unlocked for me (between 6 and 9 stars)... And I get a 6-star striker , 24 yo .... honestly I think its the last time I pay for such a thing...

If you can earn more than 0,8M by selling them its worth it, assuming that's a conversion you're willing to make. Because that's what you're able to convert 25T to: 25T -> 0,8M.
