Why can't I see the special sponsor event ?

I don’t get any tasks or milestones as well.
No Special Sponsor event or something is visible for me as well.

Any ideas? Do I need to activate it from somewhere, or it is only for higher levels ? (Newbie as only level2)

from 99% (5-star) to 100% (6-star) does earn a star....

I had the same problems last season for 2 players but they could not sort out.
