The 180 rule is for the best possible player. I train after the 120 rule or max 140 rule. You also get decent players and use a lower amount of rest. With 400 rest I can build very good player with the 120 rule.

hmm , normally , he should be able to still receive points . Im pretty sure that he still does receive skills , just slower and more rests are needed

To invest green packs first of all you need to find a young fast trainer.

His videos are generally focused on making the best player. They won't necessarily be the best cost effective method to train a player.

Yes I agree and also as a new player and low level, you should firstly focus on improving your training level and unlock all the drills. While you do that, you can save some rest packs to build your first players a bit later.

He is receiving, but not at the rate I'd like. Sometimes he isn't receiving a single point from the drill. But he's developing. I've developed him from 80 % to 85 % already without spending to much rest packs. I guess I'm just being impatient, haha. Thanks for the help.

I'm actually trying to unlock new drills before unlocking higher level drills. But I have 5 promising players between 18-20 years as well which I like to develop. They're doing good, but it costs a bunch of rest packs.
