Tokens and Boosters.
Reaching Gold Division 1 is easy and one gets 50T per season for it.
In platinum I think we get 100T.
If you join an association you will automatically understand.
By boosters I mean the normal Rest, Morale and Treatment packs.
1) Association can have minimum 4 and maximum 6 members.
2) Level in association matches don't matter. The percentage quality matters.
3) Matches are played on weekends. Competition occurs among 4 associations. Semi final is played on Saturday and Final on Sunday. Winning gives you 3 points, Draw 1 and Lose 0.
4) You division is determined by points. For gold 1 your division needs to have 1200 points.
5) After season ends your overall association points decrease by 20 percent.

Hey, mate. Your channel is a great source for knowledge. I'm trying to apply your training methods as well. But I do get frustrated when I put my ST in a training session sometimes and he doesn't gain a single skill. Very annoying as rest packs are scarce at lower levels.
Yeah, I'm aware of the 180 rule, which I try to emulate. But according to those calculations he has many skill points left until reaching the maximum. But maybe I'm doing something wrong. Would you mind calculating it for me for one of my STs so I can compare it to my calculations? Just want to make sure I'm doing it right. Many thanks.
Sure, I just need a screenshot of your Player with the skills and the drill you are using
The 180 rule is for the best possible player. I train after the 120 rule or max 140 rule. You also get decent players and use a lower amount of rest. With 400 rest I can build very good player with the 120 rule.
Many thanks, mate. Here are the screenshots.

hmm , normally , he should be able to still receive points . Im pretty sure that he still does receive skills , just slower and more rests are needed
To invest green packs first of all you need to find a young fast trainer.
His videos are generally focused on making the best player. They won't necessarily be the best cost effective method to train a player.
He is receiving, but not at the rate I'd like. Sometimes he isn't receiving a single point from the drill. But he's developing. I've developed him from 80 % to 85 % already without spending to much rest packs. I guess I'm just being impatient, haha. Thanks for the help.
having real competition i think, and 30-40-50-100T every season
Don't invest in them. None will be fast trainers. Save your rest packs and when you have enough money buy a 18 year fast trainer AML or AMC or AMR ( more preferred will be AML or AMR because of high crossing attributes, so you will be able to use him as Corner taker too) Traine him Free Kick SA and invest in him. Make him 7 star and witness the magic.
Well, I did already mess up initially by investing in some players. I have an AML that has 7 stars already, but he's 20 yo and has corners as SA. He's playing fantastic every game though. The other is a 6 star DMC 20 yo. Another DC/DMC 19 yo which is 5,2 stars but developing really fast. He picks up several skills every drill. An MC which has almost 5 stars and developing fast as well at 18 yo. My ST at 18 yo with 5 stars. And lastly my GK who's 18 yo and 5 stars. The GK, DC/DMC and MC i got when I took over the club, the rest I invested in.
How do I reocignize whether they're fast trainers or not? I've read about the value/wage ratio as a factor to recognise fast trainers, but frankly I'm not convinced.
Follow this chart. Don't worry about the wage. If you come across any player who is valued in the price range mentioned in the chart buy him immediately. He will definitely be a fast trainer.

Thank you, highly appreciated. According to that chart, my player sucks, lol. I could sell them and get my invested money back, but I won't get my tokens back unfortunately.
Do I need to find a player that meets all the requirements in the chart or only the value? Also, should I only target 18 yo for the chart, not 19? Suppose I purchase a player that meets the requirements for a level 1 fast trainer. Will he be competitive at level 2, 3 and 4?
Thanks, I'll keep an eye on the market for 18 yo players in those value intervals. I'll sell 1-2 players so I can afford the price range if a promising player shows up on the market.
The best 18 yo I've seen so far was a striker who was valued at 2,2M. But it's only been a couple of days into the season.
Yes. If you choose properly you can train them Special ability for around 40 green packs.
Initially you are short of money so I will advice to invest in attacking Fast Trainer but I believe you just couldn't resit the tempt of recruiting when you saw a fast trainer :p
And you want to train special ability to any of your players then do it immediately after you recruit him. As players gain stats they train slower.
The market is flooded with fast trainers today. I grabbed an AML as well for 2,68M. There was a MC as well which I very much wanted, but my competitor was persistent and grabbed him as I wasn't keen on paying as much as he did.
I'm short of money now and have only enough to upgrade my facilities for the season so I'll keep a low profile from here on. Besides, I can't provide rest packs for more than two players if I want to max them.
Thanks for the info regarding SA. Which SAs do you regard as vital? I have a corner taker and free kick taker. I think one on one specialist for a striker maybe when I grab a fast trainer? Penalty taker for anyone? I'm thinking maybe play maker for a MC? Anything vital for a GK?
Since now you have bought a fast training AML, I will advice you to train him Free Kick and invest in him until he is 7 star with very high white attributes.
Use him for everything, from taking Free Kick to taking corner to taking penalties. He will be your master of all trade, your go to man.
Because of his high attacking attribute he will excel in everything and will serve your club for man seasons.

I bought him at Level 1 and invested in him. Since then he has never disappointed me.
I personally like Free Kick and Shadow Striker SA. Special ablities are tempting and good to have but they are not that helpful.
One thing more. Before investing this much in him first play few games with him and monitor his performance. If he is doing well then invest in him.
Thank you for your feedback. Your AM seems brilliant! Congratulations on such acquisition.
How does shadow striker SA change the way the player plays/moves/behaves? Would you advise me to train him for free kicks even though I have two other players with such SA?
To be honest, I'm not much into AML/R positions, I prefer to have my midfielders more defensively positioned. But after reading, TE seems to favor attacking midfielders.
Attacking Mid Fielders are gods in this game. Don't ignore them. Because of this many managers are playing Striker less football.
Shadow Striker helps in scoring long distance goals.
Special Ablites are near cosmetic in this game, what matters is your players attributes.Even if a player has no special ablities he will perform well in corner, free kicks is he has good attributes and has been programmed to perform good.
Even if you position your AML/R defensively then will end up scoring many goals.
Every good manager needs an Association to earn tokens and other resources on the game
