When does the draw for next season's league occur?

As the title says, when does the draw happen? I have a couple of players in my roster who I don't plan to have in my roster next season so might as well sell them before the draw. Basically, when do I need to sell the players I already intend to let go in order to lower my average q and have an easier draw?

Thanks. So basically I can use all my players all season and sell them after the last game, correct? This is my first season, so just want to be sure.

yes , the draw calculates your top14 players by quality .
