When does the draw for next season's league occur?

As the title says, when does the draw happen? I have a couple of players in my roster who I don't plan to have in my roster next season so might as well sell them before the draw. Basically, when do I need to sell the players I already intend to let go in order to lower my average q and have an easier draw?
