So you're buying them for cash + 1T I assume and sell them for 3-4T without giving them any training? Trying to understand the rationale.

And I agree with you, seems as if there are plenty of 18 yo, and a couple of FTs as well on the markets. But I think it's easier for us to identify them due to the lower levels we're operating in.

Yes, will buy them for 1T and train them SA and sell them for more than 1T. That's the plan.
