Aren't they just the Bot Robot "Teams"?
Those are (I can only assume) abandoned teams that have been left for 70days+ so they are now an "NPC" team i.e the NGE runs them on auto pilot.

Usually those player icons are on the Bot Robot managers.

Are you playing on Android by any chance?

Well, at least there might be some differences in the profile pictures, but here they are not. The profile picture of all are nearly the same, just a bit different in their costumes and hairs

Thats my point they aren't players they are "bot" teams used to fill in for people who have left the game (usually this is what those profile pictures are used for) just weird that they are bidding

I think they are playing on their phone (through the "let me play" option). Correct me if I'm wrong.
