Are there managers who have played top eleven for a long time but have won only a few

So basically In my whole top eleven career since 2013 I've won 4 league titles 2 cup titles and 1 champo league.basically I used to take huge breaks(like a year and a half) cos of stuff I had to do in 'real life'.so I missed out on valuable time.are there any other managers like me or am I alone lol
