No need to wait for competitive matches and waste blue packs to complete 6 matches with superb morales for starting line up and subs. Play friendlies and complete it. Friendlies do have more reserve subs but it doesn't matter, just make sure competitive 7subs are on superb morale. Friendlies also complete the start 'at least three 19 years or younger'.

What if challenged? Are the results the same ??

It works exactly the same way. You can complete both tasks in less than an hour if you have a friend willing to challenge you 4-5 times in a row
