From what I understood you will get players around same quality. All my opponents were 2/3% below or above my Overall Quality.

bear in mind one thing, if you are using same tactics as on regular games because it works it might not work here. Pitch is different, is a simulation of beach football. Had to change my tacticts every single game according to each opponent.
