I'd be interested to see what players people got. I got an 18 year old striker on loan at 91% which isn't too bad cos he's young but no where near my first team with lowest striker at 120%. I got a 144% striker and AML with free kick ability at 25 years old

Ah nice. I haven't claimed that other loan player yet. Seems I got lucky with the first loan player as mine has 1 on 1 scorer ability too

I got knocked out at the 8th match on penalties, I missed so many chances, at least 5 or six chances from the animations which was infuriating to say the least, but it is what it is, I was silly enough to spend the 19 tokens to re enter, which I regret as it was poor decision making, I got the 124% player and the 140% MC on loan for 8 days, there is no way I’m going to pay 627 tokens to sign him permanently.
I am happy enough with the rewards I received.

It's a flank based formation. So it's all about closing them down. I'm considering 2-5-2-1. I've had success with it previously against superior teams who focus on the flanks. You could move up the AMC to ST position as well.Quote:

Not decided how I'll approach Monaco's 4-1-3-2 yet. If I had a third competent DC/DMC I'd probably play 3-2-4-1 or 2-3-4-1 with DML/DMR.
Lost 3-2. Not going to re-enter for 19T. In the last two games I had 4 penalties against me, 1 injury and 2 free kick goals conceded. I can't overcome such conditions. I'm happy with the 50 rest packs.
All in all it was a tour with lame rewards. Only the 50RP and 100T were worthwhile. Everything else in terms of rewards was absolutely useless.

Well Monaco was a difficult one. Even if I usually find my way against 2ST formations no matter how difficult the opponent is , this one was tricky.
However . I think the most important thing is to find a way and win in mid. If you manage to circulate the ball better than them and have the possession at least even , with speedy counters you can get them.
Thanks mate. Well, that was my plan, hence the 5 man midfield. But it didn't help. I conceded 1 goal on kick off. Countered to 1-1 then had 1 penalty and 1 free kick against me resulting in 2 goals.
