Looks like this task can be completed by having 4 youngsters among first 11 and 7 subs. I didn’t care about the age of my players but turns out by having 2 youngsters in my first 11 and 2 others in the subs I have progressed.

If that's the case it should also be possible with 4 subs?

Putting the Prep Master task (“Start 4 League/Cup matches with starting line-up fully rested and superb morale”) after the Cup season has ended - thus there are no more Cup matches - and with exactly only four league games remaining - meaning whatever reward you get with these points you can only get on the very last day of the season, most likely after all matches have been played - shows that someone is not exercising sound logic in the order they are releasing the tasks. Tasks like supporting other managers N number of times or playing X number of Friendlies would be better suited for this late in the season.
