there is a task in the SS where we need to buy a player 20 years or younger and with 90 percent or more quality. To complete this task can i buy it from "negotiations" or do i need to buy from the auction only?

Putting the Prep Master task (“Start 4 League/Cup matches with starting line-up fully rested and superb morale”) after the Cup season has ended - thus there are no more Cup matches - and with exactly only four league games remaining - meaning whatever reward you get with these points you can only get on the very last day of the season, most likely after all matches have been played - shows that someone is not exercising sound logic in the order they are releasing the tasks. Tasks like supporting other managers N number of times or playing X number of Friendlies would be better suited for this late in the season.
