Looks like this task can be completed by having 4 youngsters among first 11 and 7 subs. I didn’t care about the age of my players but turns out by having 2 youngsters in my first 11 and 2 others in the subs I have progressed.

Nevermind, just realised that I progressed as well unintentionally.
