    How? (Cheat Maybe?)

    can someone tell me how a level 2 manager can have a player with this skill?

    Team Value 115M This player is worth 111M.

    Well well well. I hate to say it, but I told it so. It's possible to cheat or manipulate the game. This is biggest scandal since infinite training bug in TE. They shall fix it when they see it. Thanks for reporting.
