To buy the logo, first go into the in game shop, look for ‘Official emblem bundles’, then click see bundles, once you do that, scroll down until you find the Maccabi Tel Aviv emblem, click on the emblem and then click the price tag at the bottom.

Just a side note, buying an official emblem comes with 50 tokens as well.
