    Training or Friendly Match

    Which one is more efficient for improving players? I know we get green packs and skme income in friendly matches, but which one is better for improving player skills?

    Obviously Training. Since in traning we have the option to train a player as we like.

    My preference is training as well for the same reason Siddharth mentioned. Not sure if world class training improves skills faster than friendlies on the whole

    Training starting eleven and fast trainers. Playing friendly games with subs and reserves in order to farm greens.

    Sometimes, if I only have 1 game per day and want to test tactics/formations against stronger opposition, I play friendly games with my starting eleven. Usually the first two days of the season and by the end of it.
