I understand how you would feel about that as I made the same mistake that you made the first time that this offer was introduced.

I suppose the best thing that you can do here is to learn from your mistake and remember to be more careful the next time and read what the offer states rather than just skimming over it quickly.

I’d recommend you not to bid on players while this offer is active as there will most likely be bidding wars between users who also misread what the offer had actually said.

I don’t see how it is misleading. It clearly says you can get up to 60% of your tokens back. You are right, “up to” is the defining statement. I don’t see a problem here.
