That Petersen must of been the major influence on your team, I have 2 strikers, 1 currently rated 8*99, 18 goals/20 assists and the other is 8*98, 43 goals/13 assists so far this season.

I wish I had 8* players but I've run out of green rest packs and I'm too lazy to click on videos lol otherwise I would power train them. I have 4 players on 7* at the moment... If I get Petersen to 8* (about 60 skill points away) then I can keep him for longer. He's not a fast trainer either (22 year old bought from scout section) so it will take a long time.

432 tokens to get him to 8* from personal trainer
360 tokens to get my 7* striker to 8* from personal trainer

It's a lot and I don't think it's worth all those tokens at this level

It's a lot and I don't think it's worth all those tokens at this level

I think with natural skill point growth, your player will most likely be an active player in your side for at least the next 2 seasons, you can expect him to still be around the 6* range for sometime as you go up the levels, I think when your at the start of level 6, he will be around a mid range 5* player but 26 years old, and even if you decide on his successor at that time, he could still be sub/reserve for 1-2 more seasons, on my old regime, he would probably be sold around Level 7-8, obviously the power training means he will stay one of your stronger players for a little longer than level 7-8.

At level 2, Unless you want very easy wins, power training is not really the worth while. I would strongly suggest Level 10+ where you face more active managers and stronger 5* or even the odd 6* scout buyer.
